The G43 was Germany’s answer to the growing demand for a reliable semi-automatic service rifle, and the “ac 44” marking identifies this example as Walther production from 1944.

Good condition WWII German G43 semi auto rifle in 8mm Mauser (7.92 x 57) caliber that is marked “ac 44” on the receiver for manufacture by Walther in 1944. Rifle is NOT import marked and has nonmatching numbers. Mechanically functions fine and complete with original magazine. Metal finish is original blue showing some wear. Bore is very good and bright with strong rifling. Stock has been refinished and shows some normal handling marks. Left side buttstock has a faint Waffenamt. Complete with correct original cleaning rod and front sight hood. A good example of a classic WWII German G43 rifle.

A Rare Portuguese Mauser with a WWII Story to Tell!

Very good condition WWII Portuguese M/937 (Model 1937) Mauser rifle in 8mm Mauser (7.92 x 57) caliber that has a sharp clear Portuguese crest on the receiver ring and Oberndorf manufacturer markings on the side rail. This rifle was manufactured under contract in Third Reich Germany and was essentially a K98k with the addition of bottom band and buttstock sling swivels. Rifle is import marked on the barrel and has all matching serial numbers. Rifle has original blue finish showing some normal wear. Buttplate is original “in the white”. Bore is good and mostly bright with good rifling that shows some normal wear. Stock has original finish and shows some normal handling marks. Right side buttstock and undersides of wrist and buttstock have German Waffenamt cartouches. Underside of buttstock also has a matching serial number. Complete with correct original cleaning rod. A nice Portuguese M/937 Mauser rifle that will make a fine addition to a collection.

Harrington & Richardson produced M1 Garands during the post-WWII era, with 1955 examples representing the final years of production of one of America’s most iconic military rifles

Very good condition US military M1 Garand semi auto rifle in .30-06 caliber that was manufactured by Harrington & Richardson, as marked on the receiver. Rifle is NOT import marked and has all H&R parts. Barrel is dated “1-55” for January 1955. Metal finish is original gray parkerized showing some normal wear. Bore is very good and bright with strong rifling and a little pitting. Stock has original finish and shows some normal handling marks. Left side of stock has a DOD eagle cartouche below the receiver. Underside of wrist has an ordnance wheel cartouche. A nice H & R M1 Garand that will make a fine addition to a collection.

A 1904 SMLE with an Irish Story to Tell!

Very good condition pre WWI British No. I MK I*** SMLE Enfield Rifle in .303 British caliber that was manufactured by Enfield in 1904, as marked on the right side of the receiver socket. Rifle shows Irish use, with secondary matching “ER” prefix serial numbers on the receiver, nosecap, and bolt. Rifle is NOT import marked and also has original matching British serial numbers on the receiver, barrel, rear sight, and forend. Metal finish is original blue showing some normal wear. Bore is very good and bright with strong rifling. Stock has original finish and shows some wear and handling marks. Right side buttstock has a faint roundel cartouche and original brass disc that is stamped “7.15” for July 1915. Underside of forend has a matching serial number. Complete with correct original magazine cutoff and volley sights. A nice, rare British No. I MK I*** SMLE Enfield Rifle with matching numbers.

Very good condition antique Boer War ZAR Model 1895 Mauser Carbine in 7mm Mauser (7 x 57) caliber that has Loewe manufacturer markings on the receiver ring. Gun is NOT import marked and has all matching serial numbers. Bolt is unnumbered. Only 5,000 ZAR Model 1895 Mauser Carbines were produced and delivered in 1896. Metal finish is nice original blue showing a little normal wear. Bore is good with some pitting and has good rifling that shows some normal wear. Stock has original finish and shows some normal handling marks. Left side of stock has a matching serial number below the receiver. Butt stock has been lengthened and has a replaced hard rubber buttplate. The sling swivel on the right side buttstock has been removed and the hole plugged. Right side buttstock has a sharp clear Fraktur letter cartouche and scratches “HD” initials. Complete with a replaced cleaning rod. A hard to find ZAR Model 1895 Mauser Carbine that will make a fine addition to a collection.

Stock has original finish and shows some wear and handling marks. Handguard has a crack behind the rear sight. Underside of wrist has a faint serial number. “AMERICAN BOY SCOUT” marked Rolling Block rifles were only made in 1913.
