Remington Model 11 🇺🇸 WWII era • Strong markings • Proven design.

Very good condition original WWII US military Remington Model 11 semi auto 12 gauge shotgun that features a 26” barrel with a Cutts Compensator, used for aerial gunnery training. Serial number 705xxx, which is in the correct range. Marked “U.S.” and “flaming bomb” on the receiver and barrel, and “MILITARY FINISH” on the receiver. Mechanically functions fine. Metal finish is nice original blue showing a little normal wear. Bore is very good and bright. Stock has original finish and shows a few normal handling marks. Buttstock has a somewhat poor fit at the wrist. Right side of stock has a hairline crack behind the upper receiver tang. Left side buttstock has faint “ordnance wheel” and “FJA” cartouches. Built for duty. Remembered in history.
