Very good condition original Civil War Union Army non-regulation cavalry officer’s sword. This interesting sword was manufactured in Germany, being marked “PDL” on the left ricasso for Luneschloss, and is retailer marked “TIFFANY & CO. NEW YORK” on the right side of the blade. Left side of blade is marked “WARRANTED TO CUT WROUGHT IRON”….

Good condition original Revolutionary War British Pattern 1751 hanger sword. Unit marked “2/28” M/GUERNSEY” on top of the guard. 24 ¾” blade has brown and gray patina with pitting throughout. The brass hilt has an attractive patina. No scabbard. Hard to find a sword that will make a fine addition to a collection.
