Good condition original Revolutionary War British Pattern 1751 hanger sword. Unit marked “2/28” M/GUERNSEY” on top of the guard. 24 ¾” blade has brown and gray patina with pitting throughout. The brass hilt has an attractive patina. No scabbard. Hard to find a sword that will make a fine addition to a collection.
