Very good condition WWII German 98k Mauser Rifle in 8mm Mauser (7.92 x 57) caliber that is marked “bcd 4” on the receiver ring for manufacture by Gustloff in 1944. Rifle is NOT import marked and has all matching serial numbers. Metal finish is original blue showing some normal wear. Bore is good, bright with strong rifling and a little pitting. Stock has original finish and shows some normal handling marks. Buttstock has a few checking hairlines to the laminate. Complete with correct original front sight hood and a replaced cleaning rod. A nice WWII German 98k Mauser Rifle with matching numbers.
