Excellent condition WWII German G43 semi auto rifle in 8mm Mauser (7.92 x 57) caliber that is marked “ac 44” on the receiver for manufacture by Walther in 1944. Rifle is NOT import marked and has all matching serial numbers. Mechanically functions fine and comes with original magazine that is marked “K43” with code “awj” for manufacture by The Yale & Towne Mfg. Co. Metal finish is nice original blued and gray phosphate. Bore is bright and excellent with strong rifling. Stock has original finish and crisp edges with a few normal handling marks. Left side buttstock and undersides of wrist and forend have Waffenamts. Underside of buttstock also has a matching serial number. Stock markings have been highlighted in white. Complete with correct original cleaning rod and front sight hood. A really nice WWII German G43 that will make an excellent addition to a collection!
