ANTIQUE US MODEL 1896 KRAG JORGENSEN RIFLE-NICE CONDITION

Very good condition antique US Model 1896 Krag Jorgensen Rifle in .30-40 caliber that is marked “U.S. / MODEL 1896. SPRINGFIELD ARMORY. 119329” on the receiver. Mechanically functions fine. Metal finish is nice original blue showing a little normal wear. Bore is gray with good average rifling. Stock has arsenal refinish and shows some handling marks. Left side of wrist has a faint inspector cartouche. Underside of wrist has a faint “circle P” cartouche. A nice antique Model 1896 Krag Rifle for your collection.
