Very good condition original WWII US Model 1917A1 helmet. Shell has nice original green paint showing some normal wear and one or two dents. Has beautiful original painted 11th Bomb Squadron insignia on the front. Complete with original leather liner and web chinstrap. Liner is pliable with some wear. Has written name, serial number, and “11TH BOMB SQUADRON”. Chinstrap shows some wear and fraying. Hard to find original USAAF unit painted M1917A1 helmet.
