Very good condition original WWI Imperial German Model 1918 helmet. Outside of shell has original period camo paint, consisting of light green base with ochre splotches. Paint shows honest normal wear. Shell has no dents. Inside of shell has original factory apple green paint. Marked “Si.62” under the left ear for manufacture by Eisenhütte Silesia, Paruschowitz Oberschlesien in size 62. Complete with original leather liner and chinstrap. Liner is supple with some normal wear. Complete with all pads. One tongue has a torn tip. Chinstrap is pliable and shows heavier wear. Has a repair. A nice original WWI German M18 helmet.
