WWII GERMAN 98K MAUSER RIFLE-BSW 1938-SCARCE-NO IMPORT MARKINGS
Good condition WWII German 98k Mauser Rifle in 8mm Mauser (7.92 x 57) caliber that is maker marked “BSW” on the receiver ring and dated 1938. This is a hard to find maker. Rifle is NOT import marked and has all matching serial numbers. However, all parts have been renumbered. Blue metal finish shows wear to brown and gray patina. Bore is good with strong rifling and a little pitting. Stock was refinished and shows some handling marks. Complete with cleaning rod. A hard to find BSW 1938 98k Mauser Rifle
