Good plus condition WWII US military M1 Carbine in .30 Carbine caliber that was manufactured by Inland, as marked on the receiver, and is an early serial #391xxx. Carbine is “Blue Sky” import marked on the barrel and has mixed parts, including Winchester barrel, IBM bolt, and Inland slide, trigger housing, magazine, and handguard. Late adjustable rear sight and bayonet lug band. Metal finish is original gray parkerized showing some wear. Bore has a dark ring close to the muzzle, otherwise very good and bright with strong rifling. Postwar M2 “pot belly” stock has original finish and shows some handling marks. Toe has a few chips. A good representative example of a classic M1 Carbine.
