BEAUTIFUL LARGE & IMPRESSIVE “FLAK 88” ROUND-RARE
Good condition original WWII German 8.8cm Flak 41 anti-aircraft cannon round. Inert, safe and legal to own. Brass casing has nice looking color and has one dent. Throat has a crack. Nice markings on the bottom including model designation and code “aux 44” for manufacture by Polte AG in 1944. Projectile has nice original black paint and has white paint markings. Fuze is dated 1942. Nice WWII German “88” Flak round, very hard to find, that will make an impressive display piece!
