Very good condition WWII Russian SVT 40 Tokarev semi auto rifle in 7.62 x 54r caliber that has the Tula Arsenal “star” marking on the receiver and dated 1942. Rifle is import marked on the receiver and has all matching serial numbers except the magazine. Metal finish is Russian arsenal reblue, in excellent condition. Bore is good, a little dark, with strong rifling. Stock has Russian arsenal refinish and shows some normal handling marks. Left side buttstock has a sharp clear matching serial number. Right side buttstock has a 1943 dated Tula “star” cartouche. Complete with correct original cleaning rod. A nice SVT 40 Tokarev rifle that will make a fine addition to a collection.
