Good condition original WWI Imperial German Cuirassier “lobster tail” helmet. Shell has original bright finish mostly turned brown and gray patina, and has several dents. Nice brass Prussian eagle wappen on the front. Left side has nice Prussian colors cockade. The cockade on the right side has no paint. Maker marked “C.E. JUNCKER” inside and dated 1914. Leather chinstrap and liner are supple with some wear. Liner has a little damage. A rare WWI German Cuirassier helmet that will make a fine addition to a collection.
