Good condition WWI Bulgarian Model 1895 Mannlicher Steyr straight pull rifle in 8 x 50r caliber that has a nice Bulgarian crest on the receiver ring and was manufactured by Budapest in 1909, as marked on the receiver side rail. Rifle is NOT import marked and has matching serial numbers on the receiver, barrel, and stock. Bolt and front band do not match. Metal is mostly cleaned to the white, with some gray patina. Bore is bright and excellent with strong rifling. Stock has been sanded and refinished. Left side buttstock has faint matching serial number and Bulgarian crest cartouches. A hard to find Bulgarian M95 rifle.
