Good condition original antique Civil War Allen & Wheelock Center Hammer Navy Revolver in .36 Lipfire caliber. Mechanically functions fine and tight. Metal is cleaned bright with a little scattered pinprick pitting. 5” octagonal barrel has a very good bright bore with strong rifling and a little pinprick pitting. Wood grips have a good tight fit and appear to have added varnish. Only about 500 of this model were produced in the early 1860’s. A hard to find revolver that will make a fine addition to a collection.
