Very good condition French Mle 1949 MAS semi auto rifle in 7.5 x 54mm caliber. Rifle is import marked on the barrel and has nonmatching numbers. Comes with an original Mle 1953 sniper scope that is in very good condition. Scope has nice original finish and clear optics. Complete with original rubber eyepiece, leather case, and manuals. Rifle has original parkerized finish showing some normal wear. Bore is good with strong rifling and a little pitting. Stock has original finish and shows some wear and handling marks. Right side of stock has a crack below the receiver. Heel has a crack as well. Complete with correct original spike bayonet that stores in a tube under the barrel. A nice French Mle 1949 MAS rifle with the hard to find Mle 1953 sniper scope.
