Very good condition pre WWII Swiss K31 Schmidt Rubin Rifle in 7.5 x 55mm caliber that is serial number 536xxx, which dates it to manufacture in 1935. Rifle is import marked on the left side of the receiver sight and has all matching serial numbers. Metal finish is original blue showing some normal wear. Bore is bright and excellent with strong rifling. Forend and handguard have remnants of an old red paper label. Rifle has original Swiss soldier’s paper ID tag under the buttplate and is complete with original leather sling. Also comes with correct original matching numbered to the gun M1918 bayonet that is in very good condition. Bayonet is complete with original scabbard and frog. A nice early K31, very hard to find with matching numbered bayonet to the rifle!
