Very good condition original WWII German army officer dress sword that is maker marked “WKC” on the right ricasso, behind the langet, along with the knight head trademark, and is a textbook Model Nr. 1058. 30 ¼” blade has nice original bright finish and was never sharpened. Still has original leather washer at the base. Brass hilt has original gilt finish and attractive patina. Nice detail to the oak leaf and acorn designs. Right side of guard has eagle and swastika. Grip has tight wire wrap and no damage. Fitted in correct original steel scabbard that has nice original black paint and no dents. A nice WKC Heer officer sword for your collection!
