Very good condition original antique Pennsylvania style .36 caliber percussion muzzleloading rifle. Marked “P. Marker” on the barrel behind the rear sight and has a partially visible Dayton, Ohio marking on the barrel near the breech. Mechanically functions fine and features double set triggers. Metal has mostly brown and gray patina. 40” octagonal barrel has original sights. Bore is bright and excellent with strong rifling. Tiger Maple stock has beautiful original finish and attractive grain pattern. Shows some normal handling marks. Brass fittings have attractive patina. Complete with correct original brass-tipped wooden ramrod. A nice Pennsylvania style rifle that will make a fine addition to a collection.
