Fine condition original US Model 1913 Patton cavalry sword that is maker marked “L.F.&C.” on the left ricasso and dated 1919 with a flaming bomb. Right ricasso is marked “U.S.” with an eagle head proof mark. 35 ¼” blade has beautiful original bright finish. Hilt has nice original black finish showing a little normal wear. Checkered hard rubber grips have a good tight fit and no damage. Fitted in correct original scabbard that has nice original paint and no damage. A nice US M1913 Patton cavalry saber with a rare 1919 date.
