Very good condition original antique Civil War Starr Arms Co. Double Action 1858 Army Revolver in .44 caliber. Originally manufactured as a percussion and later converted to metallic cartridge in Belgium, and has post-1893 Belgian proof marks on the cylinder, frame, and barrel. Metal finish is nice original blue showing a little normal wear. 6” barrel has a very good bore with strong rifling, mostly bright with a few spots of oxidation. Wood grip has original finish and shows some normal handling marks and dings. A nice Starr revolver for your collection!
