Very good condition antique French Mle 1886 M93 Lebel Rifle in 8mm Lebel caliber that has Tulle Arsenal and model designation markings on the receiver. Barrel is marked “MA T” for Tulle Arsenal and dated 1893. Receiver and barrel have Balle “N” markings. Rifle is NOT import marked and has all matching serial numbers except the bolt, including barrel, floorplate, and buttstock. Forend is unnumbered. Metal finish is nice arsenal reblue showing a little normal wear. Bore is dark with good rifling. Stock was arsenal refinished. Left side of forend has a chip by the receiver. Left side buttstock has a matching serial number. Mechanically functions fine including working magazine cutoff. A nice antique, classic French Lebel Rifle.
