Excellent condition Gibbs Rifle Company manufactured WWII US Model 1903-A4 Springfield bolt action sniper rifle in .30-06 caliber. Mechanically excellent. Has reproduction Redfield rings and mounts and M73G1 scope. Scope has nice blue finish. Optics are somewhat milky. Features a simple crosshair reticle. Rifle has excellent original gray parkerized finish. Barrel is dated May 2009. Bore is bright and excellent with sharp four-groove rifling. Reproduction C stock has nice original finish and crisp edges with a few normal handling marks. A nice 03A4 Springfield sniper style rifle that will make a fine addition to a collection, a great shooter, and work well for a reenactor.
