Very good condition original WWII German fire police dress bayonet. 7 7/8” carbine style blade is unmarked and has original bright finish. Has been sharpened and still has original leather washer at the base. Hilt has nice original bright finish. Bayonet has rare stag grips, which have a good tight fit and no damage. Fitted in correct original steel scabbard that has nice original black paint with a little wear and flaking, no dents. The frog stud is a little loose. Also complete with correct original black leather frog. Leather is soft and supple with some normal wear, stitching is tight. A nice WWII German fireman bayonet with rare stag grips.
