Good condition original antique Civil War Spencer Repeating Cavalry Carbine in .56-56 rimfire caliber. Mechanically functions fine. The top of receiver has an added sighting groove. Metal finish is original blue showing some wear to brown patina and some light pitting. 22” barrel has original sights. Rear sight leaf is missing the slider. Bore is dark gray and pitted with good rifling. Stock has been lightly sanded and shows some handling marks. A good representative example of a classic Civil War Spencer Carbine.
