Good condition antique British Mark IV “Long Lever” Martini Henry Rifle in .577-450 caliber that was manufactured by Enfield in 1887, as marked on the right side of the receiver. Mechanically functions fine. Metal finish is original blue showing some wear. Bore is good with strong rifling and a little gray. Stock has original finish and shows some wear and handling marks. Right side buttstock has several cartouches including an “ENFIELD” roundel. Complete with correct original cleaning rod and brass muzzle cover. A good example of a classic MK IV Martini Henry Rifle.
