RARE YEAR-ONLY 1,350 PRODUCED-EXCELLENT
Excellent condition WWII Finnish army Model 1927 Mosin Nagant Rifle in 7.62 x 54r caliber that has the Tikka Arsenal marking on the barrel and dated 1939. This is a rare late production M27, manufactured just before the Finns switched to the M39. Only 1,350 M27 rifles were produced in 1939. Rifle is import marked on the barrel and has matching serial numbers on the barrel and bolt. Floorplate does not match and buttplate are unnumbered. This is common and correct for Finnish Mosin Nagant Rifles. Metal finish is excellent original blue. Bore is bright and excellent with strong rifling. Stock has nice original finish and crisp edges with a few normal handling marks. Complete with correct original cleaning rod. A very nice example of a rare “Tikka 1939” M27 Mosin Nagant Rifle!
