Good condition original WWII German SA (Storm Troopers) dagger. This early, pre-RZM example is maker marked “HUGO LINDER C.W. SOHN LINOR SOLINGEN-WEYER” on the blade and is marked “Wf” on the lower guard for issue to the Westfalen Gruppe. Blade has nice original bright finish with a few gray spots. Edge has a few nicks. Nickel silver guards have nice original finish and attractive patina. Wood grip has original finish and shows some dings and a few cracks and chips. Nice eagle and SA runic inserts. Fitted in correct original steel scabbard that has original anodized finish showing some normal wear and a few dents. Tip has a split. A classic, early SA dagger by a rare maker.
