Very good condition WWI Bulgarian Model 1895 Mannlicher Steyr straight pull carbine in 8 x 56r caliber that has a sharp clear Bulgarian lion crest on the receiver ring and was manufactured by Budapest in 1909, as marked on the receiver side rail. Carbine is import marked on the barrel and has all matching serial numbers including receiver, barrel, bolt, stock, and front band. Metal finish is Bulgarian arsenal reblue, in excellent condition. Bore is good with strong rifling and a little pitting. Stock has nice Bulgarian arsenal refinish and shows a few normal handling marks. Left side buttstock has a sharp clear matching serial number cartouche. A nice Bulgarian M95 Carbine with matching numbers.
