Very good condition pre WWII Yugoslavian M95M Mannlicher Steyr Rifle. Originally made as a WWI Austrian Model 1895 in 8 x 50r caliber, and was reissued by the newly formed national of Yugoslavia after the war, where it was converted to an 8mm Mauser short rifle configuration at Kragujevac Arsenal. Rifle is marked “STEYR M.95M” on the receiver ring. Mechanically functions fine and has intact extractor and magazine clip. Rifle is NOT import marked and has all matching serial numbers. Metal finish is original blue showing some normal wear. Bore is very good with strong rifling. Stock has original finish and shows some normal handling marks. Left side of stock has a matching serial number below the receiver. Right side buttstock has a Kragujevac Arsenal “BT3 triangle” cartouche. A nice Yugo M95M rifle with matching numbers.
