Very good condition French Mle 1944 MAS semi auto rifle in 7.5 x 54mm caliber. Mechanically functions fine and complete with original magazine. Bolt knob has normal cracking. Rifle is import marked on the barrel and has all matching serial numbers including receiver, forend and buttstock. Metal finish is nice original black paint and parkerized showing a little normal wear. Bore is bright and excellent with strong rifling. Stock has original finish and shows some normal handling marks. Left side buttstock and underside of forend have matching serial numbers. Complete with correct original action cover, leather sling, and cruciform spike bayonet that stores in a tube under the barrel. A nice MAS 44 semi auto rifle that will make a fine addition to a collection.
