Very good condition WWII Italian Model 1941 Carcano Rifle in 6.5 x 52mm caliber that is marked “FAT 42” on the barrel for manufacture by Terni Arsenal in 1942. Rifle is NOT import marked and has all matching serial numbers including barrel and stock. Rifle is marked “FAT 1950” on the barrel for refurbishment by Terni Arsenal in 1950. Metal finish is nice arsenal reblue showing very little wear. Bore is very good with strong rifling. Stock has been arsenal refinished and shows a few normal handling marks. Left side buttstock has sharp clear “FAT 1950” and matching serial number cartouches. Right side buttstock is marked “MADE IN ITALY”. Complete with correct original cleaning rod. A nice WWII Italian M41 Carcano Rifle with matching numbers.
