Very good condition original WWII Japanese army Type 95 NCO sword that is complete with matching numbered scabbard. Right side of blade has Tokyo First Arsenal kanji character inspector marking. Right side of fuchi has Suya Sword Shop and Kokura Arsenal symbols and a Tokyo First Arsenal kanji character inspector marking. Blade has original bright finish with some gray spotting. Brass tsuba has attractive patina. Aluminum handle has excellent original paint. Scabbard latch works fine. Matching numbered steel scabbard has nice original paint showing a little wear, no dents. A nice Type 95 NCO sword with matching numbers.
