Excellent condition Finnish Model 1939 Mosin Nagant Rifle in 7.62 x 54r caliber that is dated 1970 on the barrel. These late war M39 rifles were made for target and competition use. Rifle is import marked on the barrel and has nonmatching numbers. This example was using a repurposed receiver from a Tula 1896 production M91 rifle and so qualifies as an antique, no FFL required to purchase. Metal finish is excellent original blue. Bore is bright and excellent with strong rifling. Stock has excellent original finish and crisp edges with a few normal handling marks. Complete with correct original cleaning rod. A really nice late production M39 Mosin Nagant Rifle with a desirable antique receiver.
