Very good condition original antique American double barrel combination percussion muzzleloading rifle/shotgun that features a .45 caliber rifle barrel over a 20 gauge smoothbore shotgun barrel. Marked “A.S. BISBING MAKER” on the rifle barrel. This maker was located in Tannersville and Whitehaven, Pennsylvania. Both hammers work fine. Has a single set trigger that has to be manually reset. Metal finish is nice original brown showing some normal wear. 30” barrels have original sights. Rifle bore is very good and bright with strong rifling. Shotgun barrel has a good bore with some dark pitted patches. Tiger maple stock has beautiful original finish and nice German silver fittings. Complete with both wooden ramrods. A nice, hard to find American double barrel combination gun that will make a fine addition to a collection.
