Very good condition original WWII Chinese Chiang Kai Shek Mauser bayonet that was manufactured using a repurposed Japanese Type 30 Arisaka blade and has Kaneshiro KK Arsenal “K Star Nagoya” manufacturer markings on the right ricasso. 15 5/8” blade has original bright finish with some graying. Hilt has brown and gray patina. Wood grips have original finish and a good tight fit, lock button functions fine. Fitted in correct original leather scabbard that has integral belt loop. Leather is soft and supple with some normal wear. Securing strap that has a torn tip. Stitching is tight. A rare WWII Chinese bayonet that will make a fine addition to a collection.
