.30 REMINGTON CALIBER-FINE CONDITION-GREAT GUN
Fine condition Standard Arms Co. Model G rifle in .30 Remington caliber that features a combination gas operated semi auto / manual slide action system. Could be switched from one system to another. Mechanically functions fine. Metal finish is nice original blue showing a little normal wear. 22” barrel has original sights. Bore is very good with strong rifling. Stock has original finish and shows some normal handling marks. Beautiful ornate brass buttplate and pump forend. Fewer than 12,000 of this unique rifle were produced circa 1909-1914 and this is a very nice example!
