Very good condition WWII Japanese Type 99 Arisaka Rifle in 7.7mm caliber that has a full untouched mum on the receiver ring and was manufactured as part of the 4thSeries by Nagoya Arsenal. Rifle is NOT import marked and has all matching serial numbers except the safety, including receiver, front band, bolt body, extractor, and firing pin. Rifle is complete with correct original cleaning rod, monopod, anti-aircraft rear sight wings, and nonmatching numbered dustcover. Metal finish is original blue showing some normal wear. Bore is bright and excellent with strong rifling. Stock has original finish and shows some handling marks and finish loss. Underside of buttstock has two small kanji character inspector proof marks. A good example for your collection.
