Fine condition antique Swiss Model 1871 Vetterli Rifle in 10.4mm rimfire (.41 Swiss) caliber that has Soc. Suisse manufacturer markings on the receiver. Rifle is NOT import marked and has all matching serial numbers. Receiver has strong original color case hardened finish showing some normal wear. Remaining metal finish is nice original blue showing a little normal wear. Bore is bright and excellent with strong rifling. Stock has original finish and shows some normal handling marks. Right sides of forend and buttstock have Swiss shield proof marks. Complete with correct original cleaning rod. A really nice Swiss Vetterli Rifle for your collection!
